NDT Plant Ltd - Terms and Conditions:


Ordering Consumables:


Purchase order numbers are required for all orders. All first orders must be paid for prior to delivery. Should you wish to open an account and be invoiced monthly please call 01283 510879.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time, or to edit product prices and/or descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a transaction at any time at our sole discretion.


Discounts for Large Value Orders:


We will consider discounted prices for orders of large volume, and these prices will then be subject to vat at 17.5%.with agreed payment terms, usually, payment against a pro-forma invoice for the first order.

Our Contract with you:


The contract that you enter into with NDT Plant Ltd, will not be deemed to have been accepted and completed until your order has been despatched. Should we be unable to despatch the order, we will notify you via email or telephone to inform you of this.
Non acceptance of an order may be due to one of the following:

  • The item you have chosen being discontinued by the manufacturer
  • A pricing error having occurred

Delivery Charges:


Our rates for delivery to any UK address are;

  • £15 per order for delivery within a 50 mile radius from our premises
  • For deliveries over a 50 mile radius we usually charge at a rate of .23 pence per mile.

Damaged Goods:


95% of orders are delivered by our own driver and will therefore be undamaged. Should your order be delivered by a third party carrier and arrive in a damaged condition you will need to inform us by telephone or email within 48 hours of receiving them. We will then arrange for them to be collected. Please do not return them unless instructed to do so.


Returns:


Should your order be incorrect or if you find you have ordered the wrong product; please call on 01283 510879 or email sales@ndtplant.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.


Purchasing Equipment:


Delivery can be arranged for any item of equipment purchased. Please call 01283 510879 for details of fees and delivery arrangements.
